We have a fantastic selection of catering options to choose from & can provide a host of great decorations. We also have our very own resident DJ who will have you dancing the night away! What are my catering options?
Any catering must be provided by The Golden Pheasant kitchen team. We have a rage of catering options available. Click on the brochure button above to see our range of packages. We are also happy to put together bespoke catering packages for individual bookings.
How many does the function suite hold?
Our function suite holds between 80 and 100 guests for a party. For a more formal sit down meal we can accommodate 60 - 80 guests. It should be noted our room can split into two sections so it is suitable for smaller events as well.
Are kids allowed in for private parties?
Yes, as a private function is a private event there is no restriction on access times for children. Please note any children in attendane must be superivsed by an adult at all times.
What can we do regarding music?
This is totally up to yourself! We have a great resident DJ who can be booked through ourselves at a cost of £175 for the evening. Alternatively you can arrange your own DJ. If you do not want a DJ we have a sound system that can play background music throughout the course of the evening. Bands & live music are also welcome.
What time can we access the hall to setup for our party?
You will have access to the hall one hour prior to the start time of the event.
Can we decorate as we please?
You are free to decorate as you please apart from with confetti as it is very hard to clean up! We offer a full deocrating service which can save you the hassle. We can provide balloons, table linen, chair covers, candy cart, slush machine, phot booth, dancefloors and more! Please ask for more information!
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes, we take a £50 deposit to secure a booking. This will be taken off your food or drinks bill on the night of the event. This can be paid in person at the pub or over the phone.
